The delegated act on environmental and propulsion unit performance requirements (REPPR) that complements Regulation 167/2013 sets details on the exhaust emission requirements for tractors. A new REPPR, Regulation 2018/985, was published recently and replaces the existing REPPR Regulation 2015/95. This new REPPR allows for the type-approval of tractors with Stage V engines. Furthermore, Regulation 2018/985 also introduces several aspects such as the transition scheme and the exemption for field testing of engines.

The new regulation can be found here.

Additionally, there are some related changes made to the implementing act Regulation 2015/504 by the amending Regulation 2018/986.
